About the Schuco-Disneyland-Alweg-Monorail

The Schuco-Disneyland-Alweg-Monorail is a D/C model train. It can operated with every D/C transformer from 14-17 Volts.

When using an A/C transformer it is indispensable to insert the Schuco-rectifier # 6333/47 according to sketch of the operating instructions.
You can operate with one rectifier #6333/47 one model train.

To switch from forward to backward drive the Schuco pole-changer #6333/46 is necessary when using an A/C transformer

The first trains had no tail lights
The later trains had 2 red tail lights
The first trains had no weights in the motor unit.
Later the trains come with 2 weights which operated also as a switch contact.

The tracks were produced with a steel (black) conductor or with a brass conductor.
Underneath the early tracks have 3 wholes for the pylon pins. Later the tracks have 5 wholes.

The early items came in solid red boxes.
Later the parts were sold in blue/white boxes.
